If you have selected one of our tracked services (all UK, International Express), you will receive a link in your order despatch email. This links to our partners website and will display the details of which courier is handling your parcel and where the parcel is. If you are in the UK and entered a mobile number during checkout, you will also receive an SMS message to update you on your order progress. You can have your order shipped to one of our Click and Collect Monsoon and Accessorize stores below for FREE. Shipping time is 3-5 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays).

When collecting your order, please ensure you have a copy of your order despatch email as proof of purchase.
If you have not collected your order within 10 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and your items will be refunded.

All our orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, we will contact you.
UK and USA orders must have a valid postcode/zip code. Orders placed without a valid postcode may be delayed.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
We will only charge you once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.
We aim to ship your order to you, to the shipping address you have requested in your order within the time period set out above but we cannot give exact shipping dates and times.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for shipping outside the United Kingdom, some of our products may not be available for shipping to certain destinations outside the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to define which products may be shipped to your shipping country of choice.
Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside the United Kingdom. Monsoon Accessorize Ltd. do not offer any assistance in this process.
Prices are displayed and charged in UK Pounds Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Danish Kroner and Russian Rubles. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee if your order has to be converted to a currency other than these.
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Unfortunately delivery times, to our International customers, may be prolonged due to custom delays outside of our control .
